We interviewed Carl Miller, the pastor of New Braunfels OPC in New Braunfels, TX–just outside San Antonio. Carl was formerly involved in an OPC church plant in Houston and was called to New Braunfels about two years ago. The Lord is doing exciting things bringing people into this church.
