We interviewed Mark Sumpter, Regional Home Missionary for the Presbytery of the Southwest. Mark was a longtime OPC pastor before becoming a Regional Home Missionary 5 years ago. In this first part of our interview, Mark talks about ways in which he implements outreach efforts across a region of the country. He is specific about things that can tangibly help anyone and shares some “success” stories.
